Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy across all product lines.
- Lead sales, account management, business development, and partner channels.
- Structure pricing, proposals, tenders, and contract terms for profitability.
- Grow enterprise and government accounts for ECTS, telematics, utilities, surveillance, and load-board services.
- Build strategic relationships with logistics firms, fleets, distributors, and telecom partners.
- Track pipeline, forecasting, and sales conversion performance.
- Collaborate with product, finance, and operations teams on market fit and delivery feasibility.
Requirements
Education Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of commercial leadership experience, preferably in telecom, technology, logistics, or IoT.
- Proven record of winning and growing strategic accounts.
- Commercial insight into recurring revenue, hardware-plus-service models, and customer lifetime value.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong enterprise sales and business development experience.
- Knowledge of IoT, fleet management, tracking systems, or logistics platforms.
- Ability to build pricing models, proposals, and commercial agreements.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
