WE’RE HIRING FINANCE MANAGER

Responsibilities

1. Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and cashflow reports.
2. Manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and treasury processes.
3. Monitor margins, pricing, project profitability, and financial performance by business line.
4. Ensure tax compliance, statutory reporting, and internal financial controls.
5. Support financial aspects of tenders, contracts, and procurement decisions.
6. Oversee revenue recognition, inventory costing, and project cost tracking.
7. Work closely with commercial and operations teams on financial discipline.

Requirements

Education Qualification & Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification required.
3. 5+ years of relevant finance experience, preferably in technology, telecom, or project-based businesses.

Required Skills & Expertise

1. Strong accounting, reporting, and financial control experience.
2. Good understanding of project accounting, inventory, and service revenue models.
3. Ability to manage cashflow in a hardware-and-services business.
4. Strong Excel, ERP, and financial analysis skills.
5. Knowledge of tax compliance, audit preparation, and statutory obligations.
6. Attention to detail, integrity, and sound judgment
