Responsibilities

1. Support cloud and on-premise systems used for device monitoring and service delivery.
2. Manage deployments, updates, backups, access controls, and system health.
3. Support internal users, NOC operations, and field teams with technical issues.
4. Maintain monitoring, logging, alerts, and incident response workflows.
5. Assist with device provisioning, configuration, and integration support.
6. Improve automation, documentation, and reliability across systems.
7. Support cybersecurity hygiene and basic infrastructure hardening.

Requirements

Education Qualification & Experience:

1. Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in IT support, DevOps, infrastructure, or systems roles.
3. Relevant certifications in cloud, Linux, networking, or DevOps preferred.

Required Skills & Expertise

1. Strong technical support and DevOps or systems administration background.
2. Experience with Linux, cloud services, scripting, and monitoring tools.
3. Understanding of IoT device connectivity, telemetry, and remote management.
4. Familiarity with CI/CD, version control, and system troubleshooting.
5. Good networking knowledge and problem-solving ability.
6. Ability to work under pressure and support critical operations
