Responsibilities

1. Lead monitoring of platform health, device connectivity, and service performance.
2. Manage incident response, escalation, and resolution coordination.
3. Develop and maintain NOC procedures, shift coverage, and reporting.
4. Coordinate with DevOps, workshop, and station teams on recurring faults.
5. Track SLA performance and prepare service performance reports.
6. Identify trends, root causes, and preventive actions.
7. Support customer-critical services, especially where uptime and visibility are essential.

Requirements

Education Qualification & Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Networks, Telecommunications, or related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in NOC, SOC, network support, or service operations.
3. Certifications in networking or IT service management preferred.

Required Skills & Expertise

1. Strong knowledge of network operations, monitoring, and incident management.
2. Ability to manage dashboards, alerts, logs, and service reports.
3. Experience with IoT connectivity, telecom issues, and device fleet monitoring.
4. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
5. Clear communication and coordination under pressure.
6. Ability to build disciplined shift-based operational processes.
