Responsibilities

1. Supervise device testing, repair, calibration, and staging.
2. Manage workshop workflow, tools, parts, and equipment.
3. Ensure devices meet quality standards before deployment.
4. Coordinate with station teams and NOC for technical issues and returns.
5. Maintain workshop records, inventory, and service logs.
6. Train technicians on diagnostic procedures and safe handling.
7. Enforce safety, cleanliness, and quality control standards in the workshop.

Requirements

Education Qualification & Experience:

1. Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related
   field.
2. 4+ years of workshop, technical repair, or hardware support experience.
3. Prior experience in telematics, telecom equipment, or electronics servicing
   preferred.

Required Skills & Expertise

1. Hands-on electronics, hardware troubleshooting, and repair experience.
2. Understanding of telematics devices, GPS hardware, sensors, and connectivity
   modules.
3. Ability to supervise technicians and manage workshop operations.
4. Strong quality control and inventory management discipline.
5. Familiarity with diagnostic tools and repair processes.
